WHO WE ARE: With a vision that every child in our community graduates from high school, prepared for future education, work, and life; Communities In Schools of Mancelona (CIS) surrounds students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
WHAT WE DO: Since 2001, through a partnership with the Mancelona Public School District, CIS provides both prevention and intervention services to students and families with a primary goal of increasing graduation rates.

By empowering students to achieve in school and life, we are building a stronger America, where every person is capable of reaching his or her greatest potential.
